Liked: Get to lucky 8 was ask at the desk I had to pay £100 before I could get a room,not only that I cancle my booking 20 mins after and no answer to that,the guy at the front desk was very rude to every one that tries to check,booking .com should not be recommentding this property I end up sleeping at two different properties for the two nights was horrible to sey the least

Disliked: I booked a double room in this hotel, we had cheak in time at 9.00, They informed the hotel is fully booked no more room left at this moment. however they referred park hotel ilford, we walk for 15 minutes to that Hotel. It was worst experience , never held like this in my life.

Disliked: 1. The room was not clean properly 2. There was no iron box in the room , I had to ask at reception , it was provided , however, the iron base is completely rotten it burnt my shirt :-( 3. Taking 100 GBP as deposit is too much of an ask, and it’s not a correct amount as per the standard of the hotel
