I've stayed her many times...

Liked: I wasn't very happy with my room but the staff quickly change my room and the alternative was excellent.
Disliked: The hotel is in need of a major refurbishment and I was looking forward to a good tradition Scottish Breakfast, something I've enjoy at this hotel in the past.

Liked: Very clean and great location
Disliked: I?ve had better rooms in this hotel before and was a little disappointed by the one I got this occasion. I presume their are still some rooms in the process of renovation and I guess this was one of them.
