Great apartment but one of...

Liked: One of the mattresses in room 14 was terrible. It was spring like and extremely noisy with every movement throughout the night. Please change it because I didn’t sleep at all and it doesn’t help if customers have traveled for a night and really need to rest.
Disliked: One of the beds needs a new mattress.

Liked: Large room. Nice bed.
Disliked: The road was very busy so it was a little loud but just make sure you dont get a road facing room.

Price point is to high

Disliked: Duvet was ripped so you could see the old duvet underneath.Whole bed felt unstable.The floor in the bathroom was rolling up around the sinkwhist the bathroom smelt of Bleech, the bath area was full of mould.The room should have been priced at £65. I slept fully dressed on the bed.left at 5.30am, just had to leave.

Disliked: Requested Premier room with bath, was given standard room with shower. Then, when questioned about the bath we were swiftly given a better room with a bath, but then TV didn't work!
