Liked: We loved that it was right next door to their restaurant and brewery. At first we were super excited!
Disliked: It was dirty. We had blood and makeup smears on our pillows. Mold in the shower. The couch was torn up and the pull out bed in it was covered in what looked like Saran Wrap....upon checking in, guest services was rude, unpleasant and snarky. Said we could pay for parking across the street since their lot was full. After reporting blood and smeared makeup on our PILLOWS we were given 50% off. The girl at checkout was very nice and empathetic.

Liked: I loved how spacious it was.And the fact it has a full kitchen.
Disliked: Parking was ridiculous and overly priced, for the price of the room.

Liked: Beds in the rooms were comfy. The fireplace was great!
Disliked: Needs some updating. Bathroom cabinets were scratched and dinged up. There were places in the loft that were dirty. Specifically near the couch in the living room. The pull out sofa bed was awful! My friend had to sleep on springs....the whole couch needs to be replaced honestly.

Liked: Large unit with two bedrooms big kitchen and TV room. Breakfast was limited but you got $5.00 off with most big breakfasts being $8,00 or less. Slept four very comfortably without everyone being on top of each other. Great room for the money
Disliked: No complaints

Liked: The idea of these lofts is very good, nice high ceilings, something a little bit different than just a bed factory.
Disliked: We didn't have any warm water for the two nights we stayed, all staff up to check out was very unhelpful. People next door were partying all night first night and we asked the night manager to do something about it which ended up being him coming up and asking them to quiet down in a gentle voice, of course the partying just continued. Breakfast means that you can either get a stale bagel from the restaurant next door or you can get 5usd off of a menu breakfast item. I think it's absurd for the amount of money you pay for these lofts that they don't give full cover for breakfast. Which by the way wasn't bad when you choose something off the menu and pay for it. At check out we did get a discount of 20% for the fact we had no warm water for two days but the partying, the water and the ridiculous staff from previous days all added up in one complaint should have been a full refund in any respectable establishment. Pity that they have taken such a great location and just utterly screwed it up.

Liked: Room was nice, view was decent. Very modern and fresh. It's a charming look and feel, but the mansion on Delaware is way better value.
Disliked: Hard beds! No tv in bedroom. Loud parties in other rooms. Loud neighbors arguing. People knocking on doors at 3:00am. No free parking. Phone couldn't call front desk. No breakfast in the building- have to walk outside across alley in January. No jetted tub. No dishes / cookware in kitchen. Apathetic staff- polite but didn't care to resolve any issues. Had the light gas fireplace pilot.
