Location great, otherwise not the...

Liked: They have breakfast items, sufficient to start the day.Beds are comfortable enough, with king bed, enough pillow, but they aren't special. I enjoy the area so it's easy to stay there for going in multiple directions for nice drive.
Disliked: Rooms are not very clean at arrival, but they seem to think they are? Bathroom has previous guest hair in tub/shower, sink faucets were gross. I had to clean before using. no basic wipe down of walls, doors, etc done. Fridge had really bad smell until cold after turned on. It froze things on shelf, not in freezer. Much of the staff live there and are not really paying guest appropriate at time's. This was my 4th stay since February 17th this year and I have cancelled my May reservation due to this and far more cleanliness issues not mentioned.Their website pictures are very outdated and nothing looks nearly as nice inside or outside.

It's ideal location and cost

Liked: I like the location for where I go nearby.It's decent enough for the price compared to other places to stay.
Disliked: People in surrounding rooms smoking outside and the TV of room next door.

Liked: Clean and comfortable room, plenty of space for a longer stay. Very good breakfast options. Pet friendly, near Eastern Trail.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: I was upgraded to a king suite that was available, at no extra charge. The complimentary breakfast was good.

Liked: Owner was very pleasant, the beds were very comfortable, very quiet.
