Good

Liked: This was my first time there I like the overall experience
Disliked: I didn’t like the long wait line at front desk

Comfortable bed and temperature controlled...

Liked: I love the location. The bed and furniture in the king room I had was comfortable. The heating and air conditioning unit worked very well, and kept me very comfortable. The WiFi worked good. No problems with watching shows on my iPad. The staff from the front desk people, to the cleaning staff that I encountered in the hallways, were always very friendly. I liked the omelets at breakfast.
Disliked: The vending machines are inadequate. I couldn’t find any snack machines at all. There were only drink machines. The soda machine only took cash, which I didn’t have any. I only had a card. The machines that took a card all had drinks that I didn’t want, like coffee and energy drinks. The nearest exit door to my room was blocked off with yellow tape and cones with a sign saying not to use it. (It was by the pool.). So, I had to walk the complete distance from one end of the hotel to the front entrance to be able to come and go from my room to my car. When you are carrying groceries or luggage that is a long, inconvenient trek. Even though I mentioned the omelets at breakfast as something I liked, everything else that was provided for breakfast was not appreciated by me. The sausage in the steamer was gray and sitting in water. So gross. It was like that both mornings. And the only fresh fruit was oranges that were dried up with extensive brown spots that showed they were old. And the prepackaged pies and muffins, is just junk. The third morning I went to get breakfast, it was Monday, I didn’t know that they quit serving breakfast an hour earlier than they do on the weekend, so I didn’t get breakfast that day.

Liked: It was a great place to stay and the breakfast was super!
Disliked: The to go coffee cups were only eight ounces.

It was just an average...

Liked: We did not like the salt water pool.
Disliked: Pool and fire pit pictures online were misleading.

Liked: The location, easy access to the highway, large parking lot, nice hot breakfast included with stay, the heated saltwater pool, the attentive staff, the place looked amazing in the lobby and our room looked nice almost.
Disliked: There was a used, clear plastic cup underneath one of our beds. Looks like it was from the breakfast area. Gross. We kept our socks on in that room and tried not to have to put our hands underneath the beds again. Tub was stained.
