Great overnight before your flight

Liked: The staff were lovely, our room was very good size with plenty of space for our luggage, very quiet location.Our beds were very comfy and I'd recommend booking the parking for your trip abroad, very good value. Staff were ready and waiting with my car and keys as soon as we arrived back from the airport which was pretty early.The restaurant food was great too, would recommend.
Disliked: Our room was hard to heat, and took a good few hours for the additional heater in the room to make a difference.

Blocked toilets, unclean poor customer...

Liked: Nothing to commend this awful hotel, the service is aggressive the rooms unclean and the less said about the plumbing the better. Dont think about staying here unless you want to be checked to prove who you are .. even if booked through booking.com . Bad bad bad place
Disliked: Blocked toilets, unclean poor customer serviceI have never stayed at a worse hotel. Be warned...Having booked the room at the last minute... Another story... I went to the reception to check in. All OK asked what time breakfast served from... We don't do breakfast... Go to the bar to grab food and a beer... We don't have a licence.. Went to a local pub a 5 minute drive away. Came back to the room went to the fairly grotty ensuite.. The sink and toilet blocked.Went to reception the came with a plunger and said the problem was fixed... I was not so sure. And I was right. I asked if I would get any refund as I had been inconveniced to be quite aggressivly told if you want a refund leave now!The rooms are not very clean the bathroom was dirty, the shower was filthy and only just managed to get Luke warm and dribble...By the way the toilet seat was also loose..

Disliked: They advertise that they have high speed internet-this is not true Internet was poor and phone signal was poor

Perfect for what we needed...

Liked: Very well located for an early getaway from Gatwick the next day. Room was warm and clean but no frills.
Disliked: A little hard to find. Water took a long time to run hot

Fine enough for an airport...

Liked: Smooth check in, guy on the desk was very helpful. Location great for the airport
Disliked: As with all airport hotels, fine for a night but gets a bit noisy as morning comes and people start leaving in dribs and drabs, not much the hotel can do about that. Bed was quite hard

Didn't stay left within 15...

Disliked: Room was poor standard and cold heating wasn't working so cold. Small heater provided but did nothing to heat room, left hotel asked for refund and went to premier inn.
