Liked: Fantastic location, great check in and lovely front of house and cleaning staff. Hotel foyer and restaurant were bustling and had a good vibe. Double room is huge, good layout with the bathroom separate to the beds. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable.
Disliked: Poorly set up reception area- post in centre of area could be signed/ barricaded area for clarity. Turnstile entrance door kept pausing the entire trip. Cleaner knocking on door at 9am on checkout day- not everyone is staying there on business and would like to sleep in.

Disliked: A couple of small hiccups with the staff. The hotel restaurant was just ok. No weekday breakfast.

Disliked: No refrigerator was in the room, parking is extremely pricey, and no perks for staying here.

Great Location For A Clean...
Liked: It's a short walk to the hotel from Union Station if you are coming by train. There are plenty of quality restaurants at the train station if you want to grab a meal before you head back to your destination. It's also a short walk from the hotel to the Washington Mall where all the great and free Smithsonian and National Museums are located. I highly recommend the National Museum of African American History and Culture. That's a visit in itself but there is much more from there including the Lincoln Memorial and Washington Monument.
Disliked: The TV channels were not working properly and although I didn't visit DC to watch TV, I expect that I can catch a news update at my convenience. This problem was texted to the hotel management and it was corrected by the time we returned to the room. That was my only complaint.

Disliked: Room keys failed number of times Continued to have to get additional towels did not provide number that met the number in room During booking on line did not allow complete number of guest that your rooms accommodated Would be helpful to have fridge in a room
