Exceptional

Liked: As one of the star hotels on the boulevard, we felt like royalty. It was beautiful and iconic. What more could you ask for?! The hot tub was a plus and being so close to the beach was stellar. Highly recommend.

Disliked: Standard rooms has no view, not even a street view, literally looked at a wall.

Liked: Beautifull seaview from our room, we could even see the sunrise. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. Excellent location

Receptionist etiquette’s not good

Disliked: Receptionist behaviour handling customers not good, as soon as I stepped into hotel she thought I came to use restroom and told me to use restroom outside hotel, infact I came from airport to the hotel to check in, which i didn’t feel comfortable with rude behaviour

Liked: The location was excellent.
Disliked: This is not a four star hotel. Our roommate smallAnd did not have a place to sit. One day our coffee cups were left dirty and we were told to wash them ourselves.
