Staff members were really helpful...

Liked: The bedroom with queen beds was great, lots of room.
Disliked: The bathroom was tired and the tap in the bathroom needed replacing and no markings to show which way was hot and cold so difficult to get right and was broken

Liked: 2nd stay here and didn’t disappoint. Yes, one lift wasn’t working but you just have to have some patience which people seem to be lacking these days! Bottle of red complements from booking.com was a lovely addition x

Brilliant hotel, Lits of lovely...

Liked: It was very clean, loved the welcome drink on arrival. Rooms a nice size and comfy bed. Lots of choice for breakfast, nice to be able to use the spa facilities with the hotel
Disliked: The lift, only one was working so you had to wait quite a long time
