Liked: Fantastic friendly staff, lots of comforts, best shower ever, fantastic room service
Disliked: Our room was joined to another which we would have preferred to not be the case, but it didn’t affect our experience

Liked: Breakfast was good, not cooked to order but that was to be expected. Not able to comment on location as we only stayed one night after visiting the SS Great Britain and were too footsore to eat out. Restaurant good and nicely cooked.
Disliked: Would have liked a little more choice from the restaurant. Air-con a little loud.
