Exceptional

Liked: Loved the kids bunk beds. The decor in room was super cute. The breakfast is family style. They bring you a platter for the table to share. It was very good.
Disliked: The service in the Skyline restaurant was hands down the worst I have ever experienced in my life. My server came to the table once, ordered our drinks and the kids meal. And he never came back to take our order. Therefore my husband and I didn’t get to eat dinner. When we spoke to the manager he got a bday dessert for my son, and the server never came and brought us plates, or napkins. I had to ask the hostess to bring them over. We also never were served any water, resulting in us being rather thirsty. The server(Jose) never asked how we were, and never came back to our table after we asked for the manager. By the time we paid, all the other food was closed. I had to order pizza from a local bar, just so I could have some dinner. Besides that the stay was great. Our breakfast server was wonderful, attentive, and I saw her more in the first 5 minutes than I did the other guy. If I was his manager I would fire him.

So Bad, We Left

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: When we arrived we were in a room at the Beach Resort which is NOT the Legoland Hotel. It is actually across a busy highway from the park and not easily walkable with children. Parking was inconvenient and not near the room.The air conditioner in the room did not work when we arrived and the room was so unbearably hot we could not stay inside.Our child's room had no window. It did not have a sprinkler system. We felt the room did not meet fire code and was unsafe.We asked for returned to the front desk of the main hotel and were denied another room. We left immediately and went to a Hampton Inn.This should not be advertised as part of Legoland.

Liked: Truly loved this whole hotel experience. Very clean and so many activities for the kids! Also, all the staff were very friendly!

Amazing for my kids

Liked: It made my daughter very happy to see Legos all around, the pool, room decorated with Lego theme
Disliked: Room too small and price per night + extra fees upon arrival

Front desk need to do...

Liked: The drinks in the restaurant is great, play area and pool is fantastic! Very close to entrance
Disliked: Stayed here many times since we have annual passes at Legoland and the staff is always very nice and welcoming except this time- very rude front desk staff that could not find my booking and tried to charge/ reserve deposit twice. Do better with you front desk staff, it’s the most important you have to keep guest coming. Not sure if I want to go again because of this experience.
