Liked: I like the quietness of the area. That was a plus. The TV channel selections were good.
Disliked: where do I begin about Legacy Resort. Here are a few things I did not like: it was overpriced, no daily room service, old building with no real upgrades except the TV channels, no Kleenex in the room, had to use own phone to call the front desk for service, trash was not emptied on a regular basis, no place where bottled water could be purchased, no ice or vending machine, no extra blankets or sheets in the room. If I wanted to serve myself I could have stayed home and kept the money in my pocket.

Great stay

Liked: Loved the unit having a full kitchen, staff was extremely helpful. Will definitely stay there again.
Disliked: Parking was a little tight but it is an older building.

Great location for the no-thrill...

Liked: Great location. Close to the river, parks, restaurants and downtown Reno. We really like the small upstairs cafe above the health food store the next block over. We like that this is not a casino hotel.We like the small kitchen in the unit and the new flooring they put in (instead of the old carpet), though it is a bit of a puzzle effect :-)We have not brought our dog yet, but we probably will next time.
Disliked: The hotel is a little older and barebone for the no-thrill traveler. This time we were on 3rd floor and those above us were very active. Next time we will book on 4th floor.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. They gave us a room where the heating system was broken & the temperature of the room was set at 89 the rooms were way to hot and you needed to leave the front door open and the windows. We requested to get another room and they said they were fully booked and gave us some fans the fans did not help. It looked like the other guests were having the same issues because their doors were open to. Even though the price was cheep don’t stay hear you will regret it.

Liked: The staff were very helpful at the front desk, in the fitness room, and providing dish soap when I didn't find any in the kitchenette. The staff were very friendly. The room felt homey, and the bed was comfortable.

Disliked: That nobody was in town so it was kind of boring no excitement
