Disliked: Needed a good cleaning and places in the floor had dips therefore flooring was cracked

Liked: It was on the beach.
Disliked: Quite a few things have been unpleasant here. First the front desk lady that checked us in was EXTREMELY RUDE! then for our room... you can see outside around both doors. There are aunts coming in under the front door. (We placed a towel there) the one shower head has black mold on it. It doesn't look like the baseboards or surfaces have been cleaned in months. There was someone else's hair in the shower and on the sheets. Neither the hot tub or pool are warm. As it states in the ad you have a hot tub and heated pool. You have to pay for parking each night. I'm sure I'm forgetting something

Liked: View and location were outstanding. Air-conditioning was weak
Disliked: The new valet parking only on premises. The hot tub worked but the heater did not. Just a cold tub. There were days the outside shower didn't work and everyone was tracking sand in the building. Said room service was only on every third day , we were there 4 and never got it.

Liked: Location
Disliked: The room next to us was smoking so much weed that it stunk up our room. I asked for help from the front desk for 3 days before I found a staff member that let us switch rooms. The first ones I talked to did not seem to care what was happening and did nothing to resolve the issue. I will not stay at this location again.

Liked: The view from the property
Disliked: The property was Filthy, I had to clean it with bleach, loud, and could not use the balcony because people were smoking pot all over the property and I felt unsafe through out my stay.

Liked: Location. Great bed
Disliked: Public spaces looking it worn. Not a luxury hotel, or what I think of when I see Radisson, but fine for my purposes and a great price.
