Terrible

Liked: I didn’t like anything about the accommodation. If I’d wanted to be in the middle of Blackpool then I imagine the location is ok, but I was working in Lytham. Sarah on the reception desk was the only saving grace of this place. She was friendly and chatty. I wanted to complain whilst I was there, but was concerned my stay would be worse or that I wouldn’t get my £50 cash deposit back.
Disliked: Dark and depressing. I’d accidentally booked twice within a couple of minutes due to a pop up from Booking.com regarding poor connection, but messaged the property straight away to request a refund on the second room. They refused and charged me £200. The hotel was chosen by my company for its parking facilities, which it didn’t have! My room was tiny, and smelled of urine. I was provided with one toilet roll for a whole week and the smallest bar of soap. Facilities were awful. My shower door didn’t close unless I kept my foot on it

Liked: Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. 2 minutes from beach and public transport. 10 minutes from Pleasure Beach and South Pier.24 hour reception. Highly recommended

Good weekend stay

Liked: The location of the hotel, it's very close to the beach. We didn't hear any noise. The units were clean. I honestly think the pictures used to advertise the hotel don't do justice to how the units really look. They were more beautiful in person. I was impressed by the bathroom look. I slept peacefully, knowing there was a 24-hour CCTV and a person on duty 24-hours. It was good value for money.
Disliked: Wifi didn't work at all but we were not bothered as we had unlimited data, the bathrooms were quite small but this didn't bother us as they were clean and beautiful. The passages needed a bit of touch-ups, this didn't bother me though but just a thought as I got a complete wrong impression of the hotel when I walked in, there was poor lighting and stained mats in the passages, but this feeling changed as soon as I walked in the units.

Liked: Friendly helpful staff, nice facilities, nice en-suite bathroom. Very clean.Great location.Absolute Bargain price wise. Would be my first choice as a solo traveller on a budget when visiting next time .
Disliked: The Single bed i stayed in was abit uncomfortable for me but that's just my personal preference and there's nothing wrong with it.

Liked: I liked how friendly the lady was that welcomed us in, she was amazing I have a large family due to having 4 kids and dog and she made us all feel so welcomed
