Terrible

Disliked: -Unclean Property: The floors were dirty, surfaces were covered in dust, and there were stains on the furniture. Also, Upon entering, a musty and damp scent fills the air.It was clear that the property had not undergone a thorough cleaning before our arrival.-Bugs on the Beds: To my shock and horror, I discovered live bugs on the beds in all the bedrooms. This is entirely unacceptable and unsanitary, putting our health and safety at risk.-Inadequate Maintenance: The property overall appeared poorly maintained, with signs of neglect and a lack of attention to detail, which significantly affected our overall experience. Especially the air conditioner was too loud to sleep. -Delayed Check-In: Upon our arrival at the rental property, we were forced to wait for an unreasonably long time before we could access the property. The check-in process took much longer than expected, and this delay was both inconvenient and exhausting after our journey.-Lack of Communication: There was a lack of clear communication regarding the check-in process. We were not informed about any delays or given an estimated time for when the property would be ready for occupancy.-Inadequate Staffing: It appeared that there were not enough staff members on hand to handle the check-in process efficiently, resulting in long queues and frustrated guests.-Unresolved Issue:I initially contacted your company to report a wrong check out day on my reservation. The issue remains unresolved and I have been told that I should solve the problem by myself. This has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.-Lack of Empathy: I felt that your representatives lacked empathy and did not seem genuinely concerned about my situation. Especially The customer service representative displayed a hostile attitude, constantly sighed, and showed no patience in assisting me to resolve my issue.

Liked: Great location less than 10 blocks from our son and daughter in law who own house in S Lake Tahoe.N
Disliked: Needs complete updating of unit and facility.Was not the unit that was advertised on the website.One stove burner did not work, the kitchen sink faucet leaked badly, no shower curtain (had to actually go down to office twice to get someone to find one for this), very noisy, could hear everything from unit upstairs and traffic on Hwy 50 outside unit. Not sure why there were two small refrigerators in unit.

I am very disappointed in...

Liked: I have been a patron of Lakeland Village for over 15 years. The location is the main reason I have continued to return. We had a lakefront condo this time and it was nice.
Disliked: The 5 bedroom 5 bathroom condo that I was charged $3171.00 for was not worth the money. The carpet was FILTHY. Three of the bathrooms were subpar. One bathtub, I refused to use. Unit 642 has been severely neglected. There was a hole in the wall leading to the 3rd floor. The floors had not been mopped, on and one.

Disliked: My wood stove didn't work told staff they said it will be fixed, and my hole stay it wasn't. And haven't received one if my two day refunds I was over charged!

Go elsewhere!!!!!

Liked: Worst trip ever!!!! Not even toilet paper in our room.. but you could sure find a cockroach!!
Disliked: Tv’s were broken, fireplace was broken, key pad in door was broken!! Requested bedding on Friday checked out on Sunday. It’s still never arrived. The pull out couch springs were so badly broken. The person sleeping on. It fell through. The slats asked to have towels brought to the room. They were left on the dirty carpet in the hallway I would never stay in this location again, no one could answer a question I called the front desk. I walked down to the front desk. I was put on hold several times and never got a result. Internet was out the TVs were broken and never got fixed. Total disaster of a trip.
