It is worthy of staying...
Liked: It was very easy for us to find it when we drove out from Route 93. Plenty of parking space inside. There is also a shopping center within 10mins walking distance. Good Italian restaurant in lobby! Room size is reasonable and a good view when we see out from our room. Also it is convenient to have gas refilling because there is a good gas station 700m away.
Disliked: It is a little bit overpricing, but it is acceptable for us considering its good location.

Disliked: wifi doesn't work in Mac expensive dinning requires outside walking to get to dinning/swimming pool too expensive, no value for money

Great hotel for travelling guests...
Liked: Loved the authentic 'motel' set up, the staff on reception, the pool/Jacuzzi and the breakfast.
Disliked: Rooms were a little small and dated but very clean and comfortable

Liked: Friendly staff, nice pool
Disliked: Toilet seat loose, bathtub marked up, shower pressure weak, tub faucet almost falling off - this was in upgraded room I think it needs a maintenance review (room 1109)

over priced, needs new mattresses...
Liked: the breakfast buffet was great... but expensive and not included in our rate, which would have made us feel better about ripped off by this outrageous price paid for the location
Disliked: we checked in and asked for a quiet room. I think because we booked with an agency..ie booking .com... they gave us a gross room.. right next to the exit door on the first floor of the property and to the pool..ie..not quiet. we were told this was the only room available . we stewed about it for a bit..inside the room and notice how loud it was , as the exterior door opened every 5 minutes and also the pet owners were on that floor and there were dogs barking . I went back to the front desk, and then was told there was onl;y one other room..which was right next door. unreal. we slept horribly that night and the next day were told there had been an opening up stairs on the second floor. it was much better but the bed was soft and mushy and we were more agitated by the fact we had to pack up our things and move for the third time. this room was also over $ 350.00 per night and it also was very very over rated and over priced for the off season time of the year and for the age of the property. it wasn't charming or intimate.. it was classless. I wish we could have gotten in to the Post hotel next door, as we ate there every night, delicious and loved the charming , lodge property, which had been fully booked when we made our plans. this lake louise lodge was a rip off... even for a Hampton inn type of property... it was a joke.

Liked: The location, the quality of the facility, food was great.
Disliked: Snow and ice removal. Walks were good, but transition from walks to parking areas where you had to walk to get somewhere like car or main lodge for meals was poor and snow and ice were there. Look how guests traverse around and clear accordingly.

suitable to spend one night
Liked: The family suite is big enough. The kitchen is convient for simple cooking.
Quite near the lake louise.
Disliked: The bedroom and bathroom are small. The facilities look rather old.
