Liked: Location is amazing. That view from the lobby and our room-wow! Great to be 4 minutes from town and plenty of places to eat and shop and activities.
Disliked: Pillows were flat and could have used a little more housekeeping visits.

A fantastically located hotel with...

Liked: Beautiful beach to its back, and lovely Mountain View’s to its front. Nearby is the main Lahaina street, full of shops, restaurants and the bus stop. Next door is a bar and a little alcove with food options and water sports hire/lessons (I did surfing!) There is also an activity desk in the lobby, and the free postcards etc were a nice touch.
Disliked: The pool and jacuzzi were shut because of painting. I didn’t mind (the beach is right there) but they told me after I had booked with no refund available (although I did get a discount). It didn’t matter to me, but those hoping for those amenities might have been disappointed. A member of staff also seemed to struggle with English on the phone.
