Great location and although rooms are small they are comfortable. Had issues with blow dryer and needing towels and staff was right on it and corrected all issues fast. This location has huge areas to walk dogs and has a picnic area with grills.

Liked: Location was great for iThink Ampitheater and huge areas for the dogs.
Disliked: Elevator was broke when we checked in but was fixed the next day.

If you are going to attend a concert at Cruzan Amphitheatre, it's very close and easy to get back and forth. I would only stay again if going to that venue.

Disliked: Internet was out of order 2 days in a row. Said they were working on it. Cut stay short because of this. Toilet did not flush properly. Maintenance was notified. Did not see any improvement. No chair at desk, but really did ot need it as no internet

Stay was satisfying, and restful.

Liked: The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and eager to assist anyway possible. The front desk person, Danielle, listened to my questions and quickly addressed each one. She stayed on task while showing a caring attitude. The best part of the property is the staff.
Disliked: The building needs a coat of paint.
