We are looking forward to coming back to the area and will definitely stay here. It was convenient to England Bros Park.

Liked: The staff was the best (especially Joyce, who went out of her way to help us with taxis, suggestions on places to go and things to do. Anything we needed, she got for us). The room was clean, the hotel was nice. The coffee was good and there was a good selection of breakfast items.

Liked: no oke can speak english, you have to pay anew deposit every night, their room rates go frin --- online to --- in lerson. the rooms are not worth ---.

Disliked: I got there and my room was sold , customer service front desk was kind of rude when I try to ask for another room even if I had to pay because I was extremely exhausted and just needed some sleep , he say there were no rooms available s and that’s it .

Disliked: there was no hairdryer the water in room did not get warm to shower the breakfast was terrible could not get hot water for tea or oatmeal the shower ceiling had some type of dirt looking very dirty there was no hair conditioner in shower but I did like the hygiene products being in bottle on wall instead of little bottles the furniture in the room looked very old and worn I travel alot and usually stay at holiday Inn express they are a great example of what to strive toward I will return to holiday Inn express
