Disliked: I specifically requested a poolside view room. We checked in early. They said it wasn’t ready. They would get it ready while we went out to the community. We came back. They said the room would not be cleaned because the staff had not been assigned to do so. Staff was not all that friendly or helpful.

Liked: The manager and staff of this property was amazing. They were always friendly and very helpful. We also liked that the laundry facilities were free and very well maintained. It was a nice added amenity.
Disliked: I did not like that they didn’t clean up the outside. An example of this is there were boxes of pizza and bottles etc from days before still sitting out near the pool area. There were also towels from days earlier just sitting outside and were not picked up. As a past manager of a leading hotel chain, I always made sure my outside areas were picked up and presentable at all times. They need to have the houseman/woman or even front desk staff pay attention to this area. I found myself cleaning up and organizing the tables and chairs just to make it more aesthetically pleasing for myself and other guests. Surprisingly the owner of the property was there multiple mornings and left these things unattended. If it were me I would have definitely done a walk around and took care of these minor issues.

Liked: Easy to find, friendly staff, plenty of room. Nice breakfast. Shower was had and had pressure.
Disliked: It really need some new paint, room smelled funny, carpet had a lot of stains. Outdoor area was in poor condition. Our smoke detectors had plastic bags wrapped around them?
