Liked: Everything was nice and clean!
Disliked: The AC didn’t keep the room as cold as I would’ve liked it! Otherwise perfect.

Disliked: Staff wasn’t readily available, several times after checkin 6-9 PM, when we went to the front desk there was no one there and a sign that said to call a number to get in touch with staff

Place was worth the money...

Liked: Liked the price with breakfast included. Room was clean and quite, nice location, easy to find. Slept well and enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: The pool was out of order and sounded like it had been for some time, this was a treat for the kids as we really looked forward to swimming. There were10-12 people smoking right at the doors outside and we had to walk through a cloud of smoke with our kids to get inside, the smokers said they were sorry as they knew it was bad also, wished they could put the smoking area 100 feet from the front door. The police showed up soon after as there must have been other problems with that party.

Liked: The availability and location. Staff was friendly and helpful.Room was very spacious.
Disliked: Check out was supposed to be by 11am. Door card quit working at 8:30am. Had to go back down elevator to front desk to get the card reactivated.
