Very good

It needs refreshing or renovation,...

Liked: Not much to be honest
Disliked: It needs refreshing or renovation, staff was very unfriendly, breakfast not good, they even had no tea bags… hot water was possible, but out of tea bags, strange for a breakfast. Hotel needs refreshing or renovating.

Not the worst but definitely not the best.

Disliked: Our heat not AC didnt work in our room so we were given a portable heater for the room and told to open up the window if need be. We asked multiple times for someone to come clean our room and change the sheets etc and were told that housekeeping doesnt come until weve been there for 3 days.

Wonderful Wonderful place to stay!

Liked: Very bright. Very clean. Staff was cheerful & helpful!

Rude staff

Disliked: The staff cancelled our reservation without even speaking to us. Had my husband not checked my email for the address we wouldn't have known till we got there. When we called the gentleman was incredibly rude saying my card was declined. I said how is that when I signed up to pay at the hotel he said they had no rooms available. We ended up in a mall parking lot trying to find a different hotel. Thankfully we were able to book thru a different site a room at a Holiday inn and my card was not declined by them go figure. Will never book with La Quinta again.
