Horrible and will never stay...

Liked: I can honestly say I only liked the location of this hotel since it was close to Disney.
Disliked: The room was filthy there were splatters on the bathroom walls and a blood looking stain on the mattress where I slept and had a horrible cigarette smell even though it was a non smoking room. The female staff was rude and unaccommodating they ignored us when we spoke to them in person and in the phone. The couches were ripped up and had burn marks on it. The sheets on the bed lifted up any chance they got it was like they put a full sized fitted sheet on a king size mattress which we asked for some new ones not even for the room service to put them on, we were going to put them on ourselves but once again we were ignored by front desk. There was kids running and screaming up and down the room hallways which also didn’t help and continued the whole weekend so beware if you’re looking for a quiet relaxing time. The pictures make the room look nice but this place completely catfished us. We are extremely disappointed especially with having a reservation ahead of time we expected a lot more from this place than the crappy experience we ended up with. They refused to comp our stay or to hear anything we had to say on checkout. We are reasonable people and the hotel doesn’t have to be anything fancy for us to stay we know it’s a budget hotel, but it does have to be at least comfortable enough for us to stay in and this was definitely not it. I will not stay here again or recommend this place to anybody else.
