Exceptional

One of the BEST experiences...

Liked: I accidentally booked a "disability" King room. I sent an email requesting a regular King room and then found out that our granddaughter would be staying with us, so I called and requested a 2 queens and was advised that it was changed. I then called (just to be sure) to confirm the 2 queens and was told that we were not changed from the regular king to the 2 queens and had no record of my request. However, they DID finally find a queen room and booked it, only to call me back to say that they did not realize that some of the construction workers were staying in that room. I was not upset at all. I completely understood. BUT, she continued on that they were moving us to a King suite with a new sleeper. We were SO impresses! The place was amazing and so are the employees. I cannot wait to go stay here again!!!
Disliked: There is nothing that we did not like

Liked: Able to access coffee and snacks, and I loved being able to go to the side door and easily access our room. I also think it's in a perfect location.
Disliked: When we first arrived around 9 am the lady at the front desk was not that welcoming or friendly. She could be alittle more nicer especially we traveled 18 hrs for a funeral. She did give us the room early which made up for it.

Liked: Everything was a bit dated, but generally clean. The pool area was nice, and parking was included.
Disliked: The room keys were very temperamental. The person at checkin seemed to have some problems with the room card machine as well. The breakfast was underwhelming.
