I needed somewhere safe to...

Liked: It was quiet, access to food and gas very easily.
Disliked: The room was dirty- there was a stain on one of the pillow cases. Inside the window sills are full of dead bugs and dirt and for $140, seemed unacceptable to me.

My family and I enjoyed...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and the beds were comfortable. Great pressure in the shower and breakfast was good
Disliked: Only complaint is the furniture was very dusty when we arrived. We requested cleaning that next day and no one ever came.

Liked: Very nice hotel. Rooms were tastefully decorated (love the purple painted walls!). Nice large TV and room had a nice size fridge. Heating/AC unit was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Really nicer than expected given the 2.5-star rating.
Disliked: The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working. There was a working ice machine on the 1st floor so it was only a minor inconvenience.

Good value, close to family...

Liked: Very close in proximity to family and friends
Disliked: The place needed a little work. The bathroom needed light bulbs replaced and there was mold in the shower. The shower curtain did not hold back the water while showering, hence the floor and floor may were soaked.

Good value for our needs.

Liked: Close in proximity to where our family and friends live.
Disliked: The bathrooms need updating as well as replacing burned out light bulbs. Towels were very thin and gauzy.
