Very easy to get to from highway 41 and 43. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. Nothing fancy, but overall, a good deal.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the room was big and clean.
Disliked: Power went out so there was no heat, no internet, tv, or lights in the room or hallway. The staff didn't even come by or say anything to us. Plus whoever they had that was supposed to plow the lot didn't do a good job!

Disliked: Had to switch rooms in the middle of the night due to noisy neighbors.

Disliked: Hot tub did not work/ pool was freezing- unusable/ when I asked for towels for pool / hot tub was told they were all out and to use towels from room. Asked if more towels could be sent up was told no they are for other guests. I thought I was a guest?!!!Parking lot had 4-5 snowed in cars/ parking lot was not cleared well and sidewalks were still covered in snow in areas. The snow storm was over a week ago.

Liked: The staff were extremely helpful. It was clean and quiet. With a breakfast that was not just carbs but fresh fruit, yogurt and eggs.
