Disliked: This property needs urgently a remodel. Old carpet, a danger elevator without permission to operate.

Never again !!!

Liked: The location.
Disliked: It was dirty. The hall wasn’t vacuumed during the 6days we were there. The rug in the room was gross in some areas. The pool and pool area was dirty. There were ‘“characters “ living there. Only 2 out of 8 lights in parking lot were working. We both got sinus infections by the fifth day.

Disappointed

Liked: I think the only thing that I liked was the location.
Disliked: When we arrived at 12am, we arrived too a bunch of cop cars due to drama outside the hotel. The hallways had a werid smell, and you can hear a party a couple doors down really loud. When I went to my room their was a dirty towel left on the top shelve of the closet. The tubs' paint was peeling, and the carpet was dirty. The breakfast sucked. At least the hotel staff were super nice and helpful but that's it. It's definitely not what I expected, especially in Miami Lakes. I wouldn't stay here again. This place is ghetto.

Liked: Nothing, From the entrance to the room all garbage. I don't believe this was a Wyndham Hotel. I hope they won't charge anything.
Disliked: As there were agressively shouting and loudly singing people on the corridor, the dirtiest bathroom ever seen in my life I checked inn, go up to room, altough I had been driven four hours from Tampa, I quit in 30 second and gave the key cards back to the receptionist and get away asap.

Disliked: The hotel lack cleanliness. The hotel needs severe renovations as well.

Passable

Liked: The location and was quiet
Disliked: The entire hallway smelled ugly, like dirt and marijuana. The carpet in the hallways and room was dirty.

Disliked: Elevator was down. Maintenance man tried to break into in my room TWICE!. When i called front desk, they didnt seem to be aware of what their employee was trying to do. Not safe. Buyer beware.

Disappointing

Disliked: No working elevator the original room provided had no working tv the second room provided had the carpet lifting and the carpet in front of the a/c was completely soaked

Stay ok. Strong smoking smell....

Liked: Parking available on-site.
Disliked: Pictures were much nicer than a place itself. Hotel looked old. The worst was that The room had a very strong smell of smoking. This is a supposed to be non-smoking hotel. And both my husband and I are non smokers. It was a twrrible smell. Apparently there were no other King size bed rooms available. We asked for a queen, and the only one that was available was a handicapped room with a pretty bad bathroom.
