Disliked: Supposedly Some idiot fired a pistol in the hotel and set off the sprinkler system and ruined everything and the hotel needed renovated. My reservation was canceled and I had to scramble for another pet friendly hotel , which cost me $400 more. I will give them one more chance, but after than that, I will stay elsewhere. I travel there 4 times a year

Liked: The front desk staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The front desk help was very friendly but the new management was rude and had my car towed after I got permission to leave it to attend my mother and cousin funerals. I was upset that I had to pay money to get my car back, after having enough expense to attend both funerals. I will not be staying at this hotel anymore.

Hooray

Liked: Conveniently located. Lots of shopping opportunities without navigating heavy traffic…too much. Great front desk personnel! My first time traveling alone and I was greatly pleased!
Disliked: Laundry machines were a disappointment.

Liked: I liked the easy access to where I was going in Jacksonville, and the other businesses in the area.
Disliked: The price could have been a little better. There had been $20.00 increase since the last time I stayed there which was in March.

Liked: Everything except the grab bag breakfast.
Disliked: The grab bag breakfast sucks

Poor

Liked: The location was incredibly close to our destination which is why our stay wasn’t a total loss. The staff was very kind and helpful. Thank God they had a off duty police officer as well because there was quite a few undesirables in and out.
Disliked: Where do I start ! The floors were dirty, not enough towels, if you wanted more you had to turn the dirty ones in first, the beds were small, the free coffee and juice were a joke and so was the free breakfast, the elevator broke, so we had to walk up and down three flights of stairs and they started knocking on people’s doors in the morning wanting access to rooms to clean the AC ! Seriously! I booked this through Booking.com and for what we paid we’ve stayed in much nicer. I can only assume and hope this place was recently bought and they are trying to continue to run while they are fixing things.
