Liked: Great service. Good breakfast. Clean room.
Disliked: We were in 207. The toilet seat was not connected properly. The room darkening shade did not work properly. The lamp shades were all crooked which doesn't affect anything, just doesn't look professional. We had two conditioner and no shampoo.

Disliked: I left this property after two hours and went to a different hotel. The property was old, grubby and in need of repairs. The bathroom sink was plugged and the electrical outlet had burn marks. The hotel needs a complete makeover. The pictures on the booking site are misleading. Check other reviews before booking.

Not likely to stay again

Liked: Evening desk person was very friendly and helpful when we checked in.
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing. At 7:15 on a Friday morning there was no coffee. I let staff know and I was given A rather curt reply that they were working on it. 20 minutes later still no coffee. There was no butter either. Rooms were large but sadly needed a good refresh. A bit shabby

Liked: Breakfast good. Appeared to be a lot of channels for tv. We weren't there long enough to enjoy.
Disliked: The phone line wasn't working properly. Reception couldn't hear us. The fan in bathroom did not wokrk.
