Liked: The best thing about this hotel was leaving it and never sleeping there.
Disliked: its hard to count the things we didnt like, but I think the things we didnt like most for the bedbugs and the smell of mold and mildew, stained rugs and nasty dark rooms to hide it I hope this helps in your endeavor to rip people off.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Enjoyed staying there. Ive stayed at five star hotels that Didnt have staff as accommodating as this one
Disliked: my only complaint is that the room needed better lighting.

Liked: Location is the best! Staff were all very nice as they usually are. Pool is great but they need a few more umbrellas around the pool area. Breakfast was good could use a few more options in my opinion but definitely not a deal breaker at all.
Disliked: More umbrellas by the pool area needed and a few more breakfast options.

Exceptional

Liked: Front desk staff was really helpful. I had a different experience after so many years
Disliked: Some people were smoking inside the room. Was smelling like a weed

Passable

Liked: blanket with blood stain in it.

Liked: Regular breakfast with good coffee
Disliked: Some tourists groups would be noisy at 2 am

Exceptional

Liked: spacious room, comfortable bed, huge bathroom.
Disliked: check in person wasn't having a good day at all, no need to be grumpy
