Liked: It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.
Disliked: They cancelled my reservation. Despite me calling earlier in the week. And emailing them about my arrival being 630 am. I am healthcare working on nights.

Liked: Just about everything other than I listed. The price,location, and staff were great. The bed and room were comfy and clean. Also, They were working hard to renovate. I liked the water pressure and temp of the shower. The bagels and cream cheese were nice and fresh.
Disliked: No facilities, but they did have that posted at the hotel. Breakfast limited and I didnt like the shower heads.

Worse hotel ever

Liked: Nothing. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.
Disliked: The pool was out of service. The hot tub was out of service. The ice machine was out of order. There was no coffee pot in the room, had to argue with the manager to get one like the booking info said. Had to keep taking my key card to the desk to get reprogrammed. Found chicken bones under the sink. The manager didn't care about any problem we encountered. And he pocketed the pet deposit and refused to give me a receipt for it. And the bathroom light did not work. I'll sleep in my car before I stay there again.

Decent but disappointing

Liked: It was clean enough and the property was in decent spot
Disliked: Breakfast was very lacking. Oj tasted like water. Had minimal food compared to stays at other facilities. All they provided was apples, two cereals, bagels, bread for toast, two types of cream cheese and one was not a breakfast type, yogurt. Pool was closed, hot tub was closed the two main reasons I picked this facility at last minute, ice machine on 2nd floor was broke. We had three of us in room and they provided us with two towels and two wash cloths and we had to constantly go ask for more. Ice in front of front door that was never salted. Employees in everyday cloths no way of telling who was employee and who was not when we arrived.

Disliked: Have been here several times. Everytime I come it gets worse and worse. First floor under construction, second floor is old and musty. The breakfast was down right terrible. The coffee was terrible, toast and bagels were hard and not fresh, no fruit, cereal was stale.
