Disliked: Seems to be short staffed….property has a a lot of maintenance and service issues . Both Second floor ice machines are out of order. First floor ice machine working but leaking all over floor area. Room A/C had issues (maintenance did replace the entire unit 2nd after check in. One morning, breakfast wasn’t fully set up on time … nearly 30 minutes late. Hotel policy is to clean rooms only every 3rd day. Had to ask for clean towels every day . Toiletry items not replaced as needed. Had to ask for toilet paper after second day … only 1 roll to start. Had to take our own trash out to the hallway trash cans each day until they finally cleared the room on 3rd day ( upon request)…. Staff is pleasant and Hotel is clean but too many issues
