Liked: The facilities were unusually clean for a pet friendly hotel. We really appreciated that! The staff were friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast was very basic and bland. Hotels typically have coffee available in the lobby throughout the day and evening. We were disappointed to have it only available in our room.

April 2024 stay

Liked: The staff was unbelievable!! Loved the pond. Loved all the ducks. Loved the location.. there is a free shuttle for the airport. To be picked up and brought back. They also shuttle you around a few miles. We used them to get to the movies. Out to dinner ect.The breakfast was ok Not sure what the sausage was?? Scrambled eggs were good. They had fresh oranges.Over all I would not hesitate to stay there again.The staff just makes this place great
Disliked: It could do with an upgrade. Elevator slow, not all my lights worked. Didn't like the french doors in the bathroom. The tile in the pool was falling off.I would have liked Kleenex in our room. Just shampoo and a bar of soap. I was hoping for conditioner.

Liked: Staff was excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable.
Disliked: The wait for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was 40 minutes from the time I called from the pick up point. During that time I saw other hotel shuttles come by for the second and third time.

Disliked: Not enough staff at reception on the day the cruise ships arrive. Only one person at reception with a lineup to the door. The room was not clean. The walls are paper thin. The shuttle service is not available before 7am not cool for flights leaving at 7.

Disliked: Make sure your housekeeper pay close attention to the cleaning linen please I had a problem
