Disliked: Breakfast- Selection was generic and not worth the calories.The towels/towel rack in the shower. The coffee maker and ice bin on the bathroom counter. The up keep of the hotel is poor = 3rd floor hall -missing panels in the ceiling and dusty carpet. The desktop in the room was chipped. The remote did not work was also chipped and cracked.

Liked: what can you like about below average?
Disliked: I requested 4 days in advance a ground level room. I was issued room on 2nd floor. Checked in at 9p after a 500 mile plus drive. At 10p an unattended, locked in and trapped, dog began constantly barking in room above. That seemed to set off other barking dogs in rooms on the first floor. Desk attendant was barely motivated to solve issue. Requested room transfer after i was already settled in. this took an hour to relocate and the dog was still barking.Next morning- coffee machine was out of product.... and it was bad processed coffee
