Disliked: Overall the hotel is in very bad shape. Elevators were not working, staff were not friendly or attentive, rooms and overall property were dirty, the halls smelled like weed. We found a mouse running throgh our room and when we reported it and requested to be accomodated in a different room, the staff responded the hotel was full and they couldn’t guarantee there was another room to accomodate us. They did gave us a different room, we forgot a passport inside the previous one and requested to get it. There was a family already staying there, the staff gave us a key to open the room knowing there was people staying there and no one from the hotel went with us to the room to pick it up.
