The house keeper was RUDE...

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: The rooms were dirty. The pool was 100 degrees and awful. Dirty - run down and you couldn’t use your key card to get in - you had to wait until someone from the front desk let you in

Disliked: The ac unit is out dated old hardly works and is super loud

Disliked: Housekeeper she lied and said i left room a mess and i did not not as she stayed to management and i have been banned from staying there

Liked: Terrible they didn’t even have my reservation and then wanted to keep my id and credit card over night! I had to get on a flight the next day so there was no way,

I learned to call ahead...

Liked: The breakfast area was clean, and the food was as expected
Disliked: Ice machine and laundry on second floor was out of order. The swimming pool was closed. The only ice machine was on the first floor. After getting a bucket of ice and only using half the next morning. I could see dirt floating in it.

Good

Liked: I liked the location. It's close to stores, restaurants, gas stations, yet it was in a calm quiet area.
Disliked: There was no bath soap. Just mini bottles of shower gel. We used up the shower gels. They were not enough. The continental breakfast and maid service was shut down due to Xmas. Only coffee and tea were available. We wished we would of known that beforehand, especially if you have a guest who is diabetic. It would of been a nice gesture to have some fruit and ready to go items like yogurt, a granula bar etc. out for the guests. During our stay, the beds weren't made. One light bulb was out. And there was leftover ice cream left in the little fridge's freezer.
