Disliked: Room was very run down, the smell was unbearable! Stains all over the sofa. And king bed has stains on bed skirt. Would not recommend!

Liked: The staff was very helpful. The 2 bedroom suite.
Disliked: A lot of stuff was out of order. For example; ice machine.

Disliked: I was charged by booking.com and again by the hotel. Happens every time I use it. I will try not to use booking.com again 3 bad experiences using booking.com

Disliked: It was too much noise. I was living in the second floor. The guy who was living on the third floor, making too much noise and so it was hard to sleep.

Liked: The key cards didnt work had to keep having the office reset them. Very irritating. Lots of stuff out of order. They used to have breakfast, not anymore.

Disliked: Dear Booking.com Customer Service Team,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent hotel booking at mission view inn& suites made through your website. Upon arriving at the hotel for my prepaid stay, I was informed by the front desk that my reservation was considered a third-party booking and that I was not allowed to check in due to my late arrival. This condition was not stated anywhere on your site or by the hotel's own information prior to my arrival.As a loyal customer who has trusted Booking.com for my travel arrangements, I find this situation highly unacceptable and misleading. It has caused me significant inconvenience and distress, as I was left without accommodation late at night.I am requesting urgent compensation for this oversight and the inconvenience it has caused me. I would appreciate a prompt response to resolve this matter satisfactorily.Thank you for your attention to this urgent issue.
