Nice visit; my son enjoyed it.

Liked: Nice room.
Disliked: They wanted my drivers license and phone number in addition to credit card. No hotel ever asks that. Could hear people in the other room.

Bad

Liked: The pool.
Disliked: The TV in the room did not work. I was told the Cox box is bad. I asked to get a new box or another room as the hinges were broken on the bathroom door, and the basin was clogged . I was told I had to wait until the rooms were clean later in the evening.. that never happened. The first time I asked to speak with a manager, I was told she gets in at 5AM . The 2nd time, I was told she is busy cleaning the room as they were short staff. I asked for her to call me on my phone but never got a call. The receptionist told me that she was not able to make any changes to the room until I spoke to the manager. I was not able to get on the wifi to use my laptop top to watch a movie. The front desk told me they are working on the problem.

Great location disappointing accommodations

Liked: Close to a multitude of food options and the hwy, friendly, and professional staff. Despite not having an alternative to pork, they did offer do it yourself Belgium waffles.
Disliked: The beds were so soft you sunk into them and could feel the boxspring underneath. The room smelled like Marijuana and mildew, the towels and bedding were stained. The halls smelled strongly of Marijuana. The neighbors dog barked most of the night. Outside individuals were loitering getting drunk and smoking Marijuana. The breakfast did not offer no nonpork options for protein.
