Hotel was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Parking was good. Front desk clerk was nice.

Rip Off

Liked: Booking .com and this hotel screwed up the dates, I even received texts with the correct date but when I got there I was a day late and they could not do anything so we were out a room and no where to go. We were visiting my 92 year old Aunt who was having a birthday and had to deal with this. The company and Booking.com have a great racquet going on. I am out $150
Disliked: Verify dates before charging someone for the wrong day and the day they actually booked you had no room but still charged me.

Liked: Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast buffet was good.
Disliked: No complaints.

Liked: The breakfast was very good. The hotel was nice and had a good room. The location was central Didn't realise it had a pool. We arrived late so didn't use it. It looked like it had a film on it - probably cleaner, but didn't look nice.
Disliked: Staff were standoffish. Not rude but not really friendly.
