Shouldn’t be part of the...

Liked: They promised to refund us because we couldn’t stay there.
Disliked: They advertise as being part of a franchise but don’t deliver the same quality as the other hotels in the franchise. Very dissatisfied. The room should have been with refrigerator and kitchenette but it was far from that. As we were leaving they finally had someone coming with a refrigerator that could barely hold a couple of drinks.
