Liked: The coffee was excellent.
Disliked: Stains on the bed, rust around the outside door, the bathroom was updated,parts of the ceiling were falling down, elevator didn't work and looks like it hasn't In a long time.

Liked: The location
Disliked: No elevators, so u had to carry your stuff up 3 flights of stairs, no toilet paper in the restroom the ac was not cold felt humid.

Liked: Close to the beach and shipyard
Disliked: That the $15 parking charge was not shown or mentioned upfront. Staff lied about it being on Expedia and a customer that used that service, stated he was shocked about the parking charges. He stated he had to click 8 times in the more section before the parking charge showed up. It felt like an entrapment.

Disliked: The outside area is pretty dirty and looks bad . The person who checks us in was a bit rude . There are NO blankets at this hotel only sheets .

Liked: This low budget hotel is ideally placed right on the Gulf of Mexico with Crashing surf right outside our window. The outdoor pool was well kept and private. The staff were great.
Disliked: There were a couple of small bumps. The card key didn't always work in the door, and the internet went out for a while. We would have preferred real butter and probiotic yogurt in the breakfast instead of butter-like spread. 1st world inconveniences.
