Liked: Everything was great! The staff was very professional and courteous. I would definitely stay there again.

Not recommended.

Liked: The room was recently painted and there were some updated fixtures.
Disliked: There were no working ice machines nearby and there were damaged/unplugged lamps that we had to troubleshoot. There was an additional charge added to the hotel room fee and it was double charged on the card we used for payment. The front desk staff assured it would be removed upon checkout but this has not occurred yet.

1st overnight business trip

Liked: Staff was nice
Disliked: Bathroom floor was coming up, no ice on property, got stuck in elevator when we were leaving, stain on covers

It was relaxing

Liked: All 3 of the front desk Latina ladies. They are very very friendly nd they go above nd beyond to make sure everything is going right. Also they worked wit me wen I was over check out time.
Disliked: That I had a leak in my sink when I got switched to a different room. Also the latch on my door was broken in both rooms that I stay in. The draft from under the door. The gap between the doors are bad. As well as the hot water was hot long enough.

Bad

Liked: Absolutely nothing. They thought we were party people like the surrounding area, but we were tourists going to garden of the gods. No amenities at all. Not even an ice machine.
Disliked: Didn't like the $100 deposit for a nasty filthy drug and smoked in room. The ladies at the front desk were very rude. They told us the ice bucket was in the room just for looks. Hardwood floors were filthy. Hairs in the bathtub. It's not a tourist hotel. It's in downtown Colorado Springs. There was a murder 2- blocks away the night we stayed. Not for tourist. Attention tourist stay away from this hotel. It's not even close to garden of the gods. It's ghetto
