DO NOT BOOK - we arrived at 4:30pm (1.5 hours after checkin time) and there were roughly 25 people waiting in line to check-in. There were another 15 people sitting in the lobby (some since 1:45pm). None of the rooms were ready. Every person was told it would be 30 minutes before their room was ready. By the time we got to the desk we were told our room was not ready so we cancelled and went elsewhere. Reading other reviews on Facebook, this seems to be a pattern so I wouldn't call this an isolated event. Poor service, planning, management.

Liked: Not one thing - DO NOT BOOK HERE (best part was cancelling the room).

Liked: I did not get chance to stay there. I came with family. They did not have any rooms for me.

Overall decent stay. Good value...

Liked: Easy to book a reservation while still driving to the destination. Check-in was easy and smooth. Checkout was even easier than check in. Beds were comfortable. Accessibility to I-20 was convenient.
Disliked: There was no hot water at midnight when I checked in and tried to shower. The following morning at 7AM there was also no hot water. Not sure if the hot water was broken in my room or if other guests had used it all up. Either way, room #114 should be checked or you all may need to consider larger hot water capacity.
