Liked: I checked in the night before the eclipse (~9PM/21:00), and the night staff WAS AMAZING. Having worked in the service industry, I'm not going to lightly overly praise basic work, but this night crew was 1) on the ball and 2) were responsive & pleasant.A++
Disliked: Nothing that the hotel was responsible for. (Dud guests suck. Not the fault of the hotel. Staff was amazing during the cluster-rush.
