La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Atlanta Alpharetta, Alpharetta

Overall I would book again especially if traveling with my pet. Friendly staff and large room.

Liked: Comfortable bed; great location for concert at Verizon Amphitheater.
Disliked: Great if traveling with pet but we were not and could smell pet odor in the hallway.

The rooms were very clean and the personnel was very friendly. I would stay there again and I would certainly recommend this hotel to anybody.

Disliked: Ice machine only on every other floor.

The La Quinta Inn in Alpharetta was very clean...the grounds were lovely and the location was perfect! The staff was friendly and very helpful. No complaints at all. Great price too!

Liked: Very close to Ameris Bank amphitheatre and things to do/restaurants nearby. Beds were pretty comfortable room was spacious.
Disliked: Room itself seemed clean the bathroom however had hair on the floor and shower.

Disliked: Dirty, run down, ice machine didn’t work, elevator felt like it was going to break. Sheets on bed full of hair. Floors everywhere dirty. Didn’t even try breakfast.

Liked: The ease of booking and the departure. The location was the BEST!!
Disliked: I couldn't believe you ran out of food on our first morning and said the truck was due next day and the next day you had cream cheese and no bagels!! There was also no eggs or sausage and this was at 8 a.m...note my best experience.

Disliked: Bathroom seem small and tub was stained with something unusual and chipped…

Surprise - a very neat...

Liked: It was a very positive surprise for me. After staying in many other motel-like hotels on the boundaries of the cities, I had much worse expectations. This was the best one motel/hotel place I have ever stayed in! It was:-clean-there was a nice area in the lobby to have breakfast or to relax-there was a gym-room was big and very clean-there was a microwave in the room-there was good tea available 24/7 and a few kinds of coffee-the staff was helpful and very nice to interact with-the price was reasonable, which makes it a good deal
Disliked: I am not sure, but it seemed like there were some homeless people in the hotel during the breakfast, but maybe that is just how some of the guests look like...

Nothing had been cleaned, and...

Disliked: The sheets were not changed - I found hair and crumbs in the bed. I had just got off of work and was so tired, I put towels over the bed and slept on top of the covers in my outside clothes. The shower had mold in it. The room was full of ants. The elevator was broken. I felt like I was in a motel.
