Disliked: The first time we stayed we had to pour water into the back of the toilet with an ice bucket to get it to flush. We decided to try again with a second stay because accidents happen. This time we had to be moved to a different room because the show did not have running water in the first room

Worst hotel I've ever stayed...

Liked: There wasn't much I did like. The location was good.
Disliked: I want to start this off by saying that I am usually not the one to leave a poor review, but this was horrible.Room wasn't very clean. The furniture was damaged. My child found an opened piece of candy on the couch.The water pressure in the bathroom shower was very low and did not get warm at all. The staff wasn't very friendly. The elevator was damaged, the door took forever to close and made an awful sound. The floors throughout the hotel were so dirty; stains everywhere like it hadn't been mopped in a very long time. One of the housekeepers dragged a leaking bag of trash across the floor and out of the elevator, leaving a yellow-ish puddle on the floor of the elevator and hallway. The door to our room was damaged and had to be yanked shut for it to close. There was damage to the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower. The lobby had an awful smell throughout the entire stay. Front desk staff was short and rude. On our final night there, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and when I called down the front desk to see what was going on, they acted like it wasn't a big deal. This was the worst hotel I'd been in--ever. It was not worth the money I paid.

Liked: The lady who checked us in was super friendly which made checking in nice! and the room was one of the best and most comfortable rooms we have stayed in. Will definitely be staying here again when we come through again!
