Liked: The water pressure was the only thing good at this place.
Disliked: When I first arrived the lady up front was hateful, very rude didn’t care if she help anyone or not. Wouldn’t give me an estimated time when the room I request would be ready other than several hours. So I had to get two double beds and we was literally sleeping on top of each other.

Liked: All staff very helpful and accommodating. Rooms was clean
Disliked: Elevator still needed to be repaired, but staff was doing every thing they could.

Exceptional

Liked: Friendly service
Disliked: No hot water in shower

Liked: Clean rooms (no smells) and attentive staff (all) at front desk. The maintanance worker also very helpful..
Disliked: Very small bath/commode area, but clean.

Superb

Disliked: Need to change breakfast eggs and menu every 3 days.. Need regular or Wheat bread for toast!

Good say, good value, room...

Liked: Gina was a jem. She went out of her way to make things go well. Seems like the room was renovated nicely considering the the age of the hotel. Probably the only thing that could have helped is that the new floor was vinyl planking and it was raining - making the floor difficult to keep dry/clean. A mat at the door would help. This was minor though.

Passable

Liked: The bed was really comfortable and I like how it had a table and 2 chairs to eat at
Disliked: The bathroom was really small the Toilet seem like it was made for a toddler being disabled getting up and down was really hard for me and my brother
