Could not use tub due...

Liked: Breakfast ok
Disliked: Ceiling fell into the tub! Black mold was showing.I have pictures!Night staff was shown then as checked out I showed day check the photos !

The stay was ok but...

Liked: The jacuzzi was the main reason i came. It was nice
Disliked: The bed makes a lot of noise so its hard to fall asleep. Every time you move it makes a metal popping and slapping noise. The old beds were so much better and more solid.

Overall experience 6 out of...

Liked: The staff went above expectation and she made us feel welcome .
Disliked: The door to the room kept sticking and was tricky to open . Once it closed it made a lot of noise just to get it open . I'm sure the neighboring guest was irritated.

It was a good stay.

Liked: It was a nice stay and close to what I needed.
Disliked: Better breakfast wouldn't hurt.

Glad it was only one...

Liked: The staff was friendly and were doing the best that they could with what was under their control.
Disliked: 1. Bed frame creaked loudly all night like it would break any moment.2. We could hear the couple next door talking, using the toilet, having “relations”and more.3. Breakfast at 8 am. No coffee made. Only selection available was two bagels, some bread, cereal, apples and cheap pancake mix. (Syrup and batter were inedible.)The only employee on duty (also covering front desk) had just 3 days on the job.
