Disappointing

Will never stay there again...

Liked: Breakfast was fine, except there was no fresh fruit. Location was okay, although not great to where we needed to go...probably the fault of booking.com website.
Disliked: The front attendant was impossible to deal with! She lied more than she told the truth. When I booked, I requested connecting rooms, and received several email notices that this would be available to us. When we arrived she said the hotel had only ONE connecting pair of rooms, and one of the rooms was already rented out on a long-term basis. BLATANT and ILLOGICAL LIE! We also had trouble with opening our rooms (which ended up opposite one another), and my husband was fit to be tied with the inconvenience of always having to go back to the office to have the keys re-activated! The microwave oven was filthy and the fridges were inadequate in keeping things cool, let alone cold! Most disgusting though, were the grounds which were unkept: dog feces everywhere; trash containers overfilled, with trash lying everywhere.

Our stay was exceptionally pleasant!

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located, easily accessible, and well-maintained. The staff is extremely friendly, the store in the lobby is very convenient, and the breakfast experience is delightful. This is our go-to hotel for the Columbus area. You cannot beat the cost of the hotel for this area!
